1.1Paper supply system
It adopts special pneumatic shaft and magnetic powder brake. The high accuracy paper connecting way and high precision electro-hydraulic alignment device,along with the automatic marking device played very big roles for shaping,and ensured the good appearance quality.
1.2.Gypsum powder supply system

The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it affects the quality and the energy consumption of the products. It has interior muti-layer coiler heat releasing type, external finned heat exchanging type,and hot air direct drying type. According to the airflow direction,it has longitudinal airflow type,transverse airflow type,and longitudinal,transverse combined airflow type.And it also can configure waste heat recovery system under customer's demand. Inside of the dryer,there are various regulation and controlling mechanisms to stabilify the temperature and airflow of each layer freely,thus it guarantees the quality of the gypsum board,and reduces energy consumption.
Most of this system use the organic thermal carrier boiler(thermal oil boiler and hot air boiler),which takes coal,oil,and nature gas as main fuels.The thermal oil type boiler takes thermal oil as the carrier and the the oil is carried into the heat exchanger of the dryer by the high presure oil pump,as for the hot air boiler,it makes direct use of the hot air and blow it to the dryer,fully make use of the energy, and reduces the cost.
1.9.Edge cutting and sealing system
After turning over and folding the board,the system cuts the folded board and seals it together. The waste raw material cutted is chopped into powder to absorb slurry,then it can be used accelerator. The sealing system adopts advanced technology from abroad and domestic which reduces cost and improves efficency.

The buyer is to assign its project manager and site manager.

The buyer is to pay the additional human resource cost when more than specified people are required or longer time than the schedule to stay on site because of the buyer's reason, at the following charging rate:
The buyer should be responsible for the installation personnel of the seller's accommodation, three meals in a day, traffic, insurance and the safety.
It is expected that the buyer would help the seller's stuff in the life, such as to get life necessities, hair cutting, trip direction, and etc.
8.8 Site interpreter
The buyer is to send 2 site interpreters for Chinese/Arabic translation, to ensure efficient communication and coordination for site construction work and machine installation.
8.9 Medical expense
The buyer is to pay the medical expense for the injury or illness of seller's stuff in any case when these people.
