1, Introduction of the System

 1) Paper Supply System

it has the exact paper connection device and the high defination automatic alignment device, moreover, the automatic making device is very important to the edge trimming and shaping and insures the appearance of the gypsum board.

2) Forming  System

The vertical mixer and the pneumatic forming device are made of the special wearable stainless steel which enhance the system's wearable ability and prolong the life span of the gypsum board production line.

3)Conveying System

This system adds the wasted board remoral device which reduces the workers' labor intensity and ensures the clearness of the workshop.

 4) Dry System

The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it has the direct effort on the quality and energy consumption of the products. In the dryer, the heat exchange and the dry hot air is blowed into each distributor to adjust the temperature of each layer and seperate temperature zone freely. Thus it guarantee the quality of the gypsum board.

 5) Heating system

Most of this system uses the organic thermal carrier boiler (thermal oil boiler) in the gypsum board industry.The thermal oil boiler is a kind of normal pressure and high temperature heating equipment with the main fuel of coal,oil and gas. It takes the thermal oil as the carrier and is carrier into the dryer by the induced draft fan, so that it can fully make use of the heat energy and reduce the cost of the products.

6)Electric Control System

All of the three aspects adopt the PLC control system.AC container and drive and it also uses the contactless equipments such as frequency convertor and realize the long-term and continuous running of the full automatic gypsum production line.
