| Gypsum Powder Supply System | It takes special material feeder and exact belt measurment as the core for the powder supply system. Thus it provides the reliable guarantee for the normal supply of the gypsum powder. |
| Glassfiber Mesh Supply System | In this system, the rolls of glassfiber mesh is unwinded and pulled out to the forming system. An automatic alignmewnt device is equipped to ensure the precise of the glassfiber mesh. |
| Forming System | The core of this system is a patent mixer of our factory, which is the 2 layer belts type. The gypsum slurry and the fiberglass mesh is formed to be the constant board in this system, which will be cut into the seperate board later. |
| Drying System | The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it has the direct effect on the quality and the energy consumption of the products.In the dryer,there are many sinuous coils for heat releasing. Thus it guarantee the quality of the gypsum board. |
