Main seperate parts of the production line:

Gypsum Powder Supply System	It takes special material feeder and exact belt measurment as the core for the powder supply system. Thus it provides the reliable guarantee for the normal supply of the gypsum powder.
Fiberglass Mesh Supply System	In this system, the rolls of fiberglass mesh is unwinded and pulled out to the forming system. An automatic alignmewnt device is equipped to ensure the precise of the fiberglass mesh.
Forming System	The core of this system is a patent mixer of our factory, which is the 2 layer belts type. The gypsum slurry and the fiberglass mesh is formed to be the constant board in this system, which will be cut into the seperate board later.
Drying System	The drying system is the core of the whole production line and it has the direct effect on the quality and the energy consumption of the products.In the dryer,there are many sinuous coils for heat releasing. Thus it guarantee the quality of the gypsum board.
Heating System	Most of this system uses the organic thermal carrier boiler(thermal oil boiler).in the gypsum board industry,the thermal oil boiler is a kind of normal pressure and high temperature heating equipment with the main fuel of coal,oil and gas.
Size Fixing System	This system equipped with overturn ,folding device and two layer's board for size fixing.it adds the waste board takeaway device,and make a good foundation for the automatic sealing system.
Dust Removal System	This system makes use of the pulse bag dust collector.this kind of dust collector improves the dust removal effect,and make it reach to the environmental standard.in addition ,it is convenient to deal with the dust and recycle.
Sealing System	This system adopts the most advanced automatic sealing machine So it has the following advantages:saving a  lot of labor and force:reducing the cost of the products and increasing the production efficiency.
